Autumn Dress pdf digital pattern.
The pattern:
It is a PDF digital pattern. Once you purchase it, you will receive an e-mail with a link to download it. It includes a tiled A4 pattern, an A0 pattern and sewing instructions. The dress:
Loose-fitting dress with a gathered skirt in two possible lengths: midi, like the checked dress, and knee-length, like the plain dress. Bodice with darts, fastened at the front with buttons. Small shirt collar. Dropped shoulder and puffed sleeves, both at the armhole and at the cuff, which is finished with piping. It has side in-seam pockets.
It’s not a maternity dress, although as you can see in the images, it’s a maternity and breastfeeding friendly dress.
The checked version dress has been made with a 151gr/m2 linen fabric and the red version dress with a 130gr/m2 micro corduroy fabric.
Available in 8 different sizes, you will find the size chart in the last picture.
Intermediate level - It is not a difficult dress to sew, but it has a lot of details. Basic sewing skills are needed. You should know sewing concepts such as seam allowance, stitch length, to be familiar with the backstitch and zigzag stitch. When cutting, you should know how to cut on fold, how to cut mirrored pieces and how to identify the fabric’s grain line.
Supplies:
Non-elastic fabric such as cotton, linen, thin denim, viscose, linen or cotton blend with viscose, micro corduroy, thin flannel or similar. Minimum 1,40m wide.
LENGTH 1 (short): SIZES: XS, S, M and L: 2,50m. SIZES XL and 2XL: 2,65m. SIZES 3XL and 4XL: 3,00m.
LENGTH 2 (midi): SIZES: XS, S, M, L, XL and 2XL: 3,00m. SIZES 3XL and 4XL: 3,50m.1cm or 1,5cm buttons x4.
Thin interfacing is recommended for most fabrics, minimum 70cm wide: 45cm all sizes.
Matching thread.
Basic sewing supplies: sewing machine, sewing scissors, pins, measuring tape, paper scissors, tape, buttonhole foot, needle for hand sewing buttons.
