The shirt:
Mao-collar shirt with two possible lengths. It has extra-large pockets on the front, hidden buttons and a pleated yoke at the back.
Available in 8 different sizes, you will find the size chart in the last picture.
Intermediate level - Basic sewing skills are needed. You should know sewing concepts such as seam allowance, stitch length, to be familiar with the backstitch and zigzag stitch. When cutting, you should know how to cut on fold, how to cut mirrored pieces and how to identify the fabric’s grain line.
Supplies:
Non-elastic fabrics such as cotton, linen, thin denim, viscose, linen or cotton blend with viscose, micro corduroy, thin flannel or similar.
LENGTH 1 (short): minimum 1,40m wide. SIZES XS, S, M and L 1,50m / SIZES XL, 2XL, 3XL and 4XL 1,80m.
LENGTH 2 (long): minimum 1,40m wide. SIZES XS, S, M and L 1,70m / SIZES XL, 2XL, 3XL and 4XL 2m.
10 x 1cm or 1,5cm buttons.
Thin interfacing is recommended for most fabrics, minimum 70cm wide: 20cm for all sizes.
Matching thread.
Basic sewing supplies: sewing machine, sewing scissors, pins, measuring tape, paper scissors, tape, buttonhole foot, needle for hand sewing buttons.
