It is a PDF digital pattern. Once you purchase it, you will receive an e-mail with a link to download it. It includes a tiled A4 pattern, an A0 pattern and sewing instructions. The dress:

A V-neck dress, one that you and I both know you won’t want to take off all summer :) It features a V-neckline at both the front and the back, a centre button placket, side seam pockets, and two length options: knee length or midi, as shown in the pictures.

Available in 8 different sizes, you will find the size chart in the last picture.

Intermediate level - Basic sewing knowledge is required. You should know how to use your sewing machine and feel confident working with it, and be familiar with concepts such as seam allowance, stitch length, straight stitch, and zigzag stitch. When cutting your fabric, you should understand concepts such as cutting on the fold, cutting mirrored pieces, and identifying the fabric grainline. In this project, you will sew darts, facings, buttonholes, and pockets.

Supplies:

  • Lightweight non-stretch fabric. Suitable options include cotton, rustic cotton, poplin, batiste, linen, linen blends, or cotton blended with viscose. Choose fabrics appropriate for dresses. The fabric must be at least 1,40m wide.
    MIDI LENGTH: XS and S: 2,25m - M and L: 2,50m - XL and 2XL: 2,75m - 3XL and 4XL: 3,00m.

    KNEE LENGTH: XS and S: 2,00m - M and L: 2,25m - XL and 2XL: 2,50m - 3XL and 4XL: 2,75m.

  • 10 buttons, 20–25mm in diameter.

  • Very lightweight interfacing, at least 70cm wide. It may be fusible or non-fusible. 70cm required for all sizes.

  • Matching thread.

  • Basic sewing supplies: sewing machine, sewing scissors, pins, measuring tape, paper scissors, tape, buttonhole foot, needle for hand sewing buttons.
